- Service Packs - A Service Pack is a collection of patches and updates that have been combined into a single package for ease of installation.
- Monthly Hot Fixes - MHFs are intended as a maintenance type update for a wide audience.
- Critical Hot Fixes and Fix Packs - CHFs and FPs fix particular known issues with the product. Only install a CHF or FP if you have an issue that is fixed in it.
- 2007-2008 BusinessObjects XI R2 Maintenance Roadmap - XI R2 Maintenance Roadmap for fix pack and service pack releases. The Roadmap is provided for informational purposes only and subject to change.
- Critical Updates - Critical Updates are intended to fix potential security risks in Business Objects Crystal products and SDKs.
- Runtime Packages - The runtime packages are used in the deployment of applications using the Crystal Reports SDKs for Visual Studio and provide the necessary runtime for running such applications.
- Samples - Sample reports and applications that demonstrate report design concepts and development using various reporting development tools.
- Electronic Software Delivery* - You will be prompted to enter your ESD login credentials that you originally received in a welcome email.
- Early Warning System (EWS) Directories - The Early Warning System (EWS) directories (both current and past) are available for download. Click this link to view a list of EWS directories. This list, updated weekly by the USPS, is posted here (in a format compatible with Business Objects software), each Friday.
- Mail Direction File - Mail Direction directories replace the Sectional Center Facilities directory file (scf02.dir). This file, updated monthly, will be posted here (in a format compatible with Business Objects software) by the 2nd Thursday of each month.
- Social Security Number File - The Social Security Number (SSN) file is available for download. This file is most useful to Business Objects customers interested in parsing recently issued and existing Social Security Numbers. This file, updated monthly, will be posted here (in a format compatible with Business Objects software) by the 5th of each month.
- Unlock Codes - Use the Unlock Codes if you have encountered a false-positive record from the United States Postal Service in a Delivery Point Validation (DPV) Directory or Locatable Address Conversion System (LACSLink) Directory.
