Sample reports/applications for BusinessObjects Planning

Documenter
The Documenter is a custom BusinessObjects Planning report utility that collects and displays information about your system. This tool is intended to help you understand and communicate the various aspects of your database, plan files, and reports.

To install this utility, download the EXE file and then double-click it to extract the files. You will be prompted for a file location. Browse to the root of your system's User Directory and click Unzip. Two files will be saved within your User Directory: \Reports\Documenter.xls and \Data\CUS_Documenter.xls. To use the utility, open the Documenter.xls file as you would any other BusinessObjects Planning report. Please read the instructions thoroughly before using this utility.

Assembler
The Assembler utility can be used to assemble multiple Excel files (not BusinessObjects Planning reports) into a single file, and then either distribute the assembled file via e-mail or by saving to a network directory. This utility will assemble the first sheet in each listed workbook, whether the workbook has been created as a result of the BusinessObjects Planning report delivery features, or is a stand-alone Excel workbook (for example, a cover sheet).

To use this utility, download the ZIP file and then extract the Assembler.xls file to the Reports folder (or a subfolder) within your system's User Directory. You can open the Assembler.xls file as you would any other BusinessObjects Planning report. Please read the instructions thoroughly before using this utility.

† NOTE: Lists samples for Crystal Enterprise (CE) 10 Embedded Edition and Crystal Enterprise Report Application Server (CE RAS) 9, both of which contain the Report Application Server (RAS) SDK. CE 10 Embedded Edition is an update to CE RAS 9.
